Robin (Chay )Whittaker - Founder and Member

Robin has over 20 years experience with Oracle Applications both as a user, and as an IT Business Analyst with technical and functional expertise.

Robin began her working life with Oracle reconciling revenue accounts for the AR user group, and transitioned to IT as a Business Analyst giving her a good insight not only into the business operations side of the systems but as well as the technical side. Her role has spanned being a business analyst, to developer to project and program manager.

Her unique ability to work effectively with the business to determine best business practice and process improvements, along with her ability to not only work with development staff members, but also to develop systems herself, makes Robin one of the most effective Oracle Business Analysts available.

Robin excels at forming strong relationships with the communities with which she works, relationships which not only lead to repeat business but also to referrals.

Alastair Whittaker - Member

With over 30 years of experience in Relational Systems Design and Development, Alastair has a depth and breadth of knowledge which spans significant changes in the products available to the market.

The bulk of Alastair's career has focused on Oracle software using Oracle RDBMS 5 - 12, Formsi, Oracle Reports, and using and developing Oracle Applications from MPL5 - Rel. 12

Alastair has participated in a wide variety of business arenas, from MIS to Banking to Tax Collection, from Statistical Water Sample Analysis to Mobile Phone Repair Recording.

Alastair's roles have ranged from pure developer and team player to project manager, team lead and chief architect / designer / data modeler.

This longevity and variety provides him with a unique insight into the methodology used in Oracle's own applications and custom developed systems, and helps with understanding how and why methods have been implemented as they have and how best to leverage what Oracle provides to improve a customers experience and effectiveness with Oracle.
